- And many other pigment imperfections
Suppose you have an area of concern and wonder whether IPL or another laser treatment is better suited for the results you’d like to see. In that case, we invite you to book a consultation with our owner and manager, Corinne Wei, ARNP, to receive the information you’re looking for.
Timing Your Treatment for IPL Near You
During your consultation before treatment, you’ll learn about the number of appointments that will be required for complete IPL treatment near you. In general, however, the total number of appointments can vary between 3 to 5 appointments, approximately four weeks apart, depending on the area(s) to be treated.
During your consultation for IPL treatment, our ARNP will also provide you with an estimated time required at each appointment. As you can imagine, treatment for small areas (such as the face) will require less time than larger areas (such as the legs and back).
After your treatments are complete, we’ll provide you with aftercare instructions so that you can enjoy the benefits of your treatment for as long as possible. Every patient will be different regarding their retreatment timing, but most retreatments fall within the 6–12-month timeframe.
