Tear Trough Filler

At Valley Laser and Skin, we help patients with several cosmetic flaws, including sunken eyes, any facial deformity, wrinkles, and more. One of our most common services is under-eye filler. These injections are fillers for under-eye bags that are one of the most cost-effective and best options to make individuals look younger, more awake, and refreshed.

This treatment takes place at the deep crease between the upper cheek and the lower eyelid. Also known as the tear trough, when this area is bulging, saggy, or more pronounced, people report looking tired, disheveled, and older.

How Tear Trough Filler Works

When you visit our team at Valley Laser and Skin, you’ll be able to have a consultation for fillers for dark circles or generalized under-eye filler. A trained medical professional injects an eye trough filler into the area, making the skin look fuller and tighter. By using a hyaluronic acid eye filler, you’ll look younger and more awake without painful surgery.

Who’s a Good Candidate for Restylane® Under Eyes Filler?

At Valley Laser and Skin, we want to make sure you know all of your options for dermal filler. For tear trough treatments, we use hyaluronic acid filler and/or PRP to help improve the look of your under eyes.

Our team suggests this service for those who have:

  • An understanding that this is a temporary fix
  • Good physical health
  • Realistic expectations when it comes to results
  • Thick and healthy under-eye skin
  • Mild to moderate sagging or bulging under your eyes

Tear Trough Procedure Expectations

At the beginning of your exam, one of our trained professionals will look at the skin around your lower eyelid to ensure that dermal filler is the best option for you. Once you’re approved for the treatment, the medical professional will apply ice packs or a numbing agent, and disinfect the surrounding skin.

A syringe filled with dermal fillers and/or PRP is injected below your lower eyelid. Our team member will lightly massage the area to spread the filler around. After this is repeated on the other side, the treatment will be complete!
